This website is used to explain the service and to receive enquiries. It is not a client portal.
If you use the quote or contact form, we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone if provided, the type of enquiry, and any payroll or bookkeeping notes. That information is used only to reply and to prepare a quote.
Client payroll and bookkeeping records are held separately, as part of providing the service, and are treated as confidential.
This site uses essential cookies needed for it to work. If we add analytics later, a consent banner will ask before any non-essential cookies are set.
If Google Analytics is enabled, it is used only to understand how people find and use the site — not to sell your information.
Enquiry emails are kept long enough to handle the request. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting and Revenue requirements.
